An idea for a quick and easy breakfast, it only takes 5 minutes to prepare.


  • 100ml white eggs 
  • 100ml dairy free milk 
  • 10g cocoa powder 
  • 3g agar agar
  • 4 fette biscottate integrali ( italian toasts) 
  • coffee
  • 30g jam no sugar added 



In a saucepan, bring the milk and egg white to the boil, stirring constantly. When it starts to restrict, add the cocoa powder and stir again over the heat off. Now add the agar agar and give a last stir. Pour the mixture into aluminum cups and let it cool in the fridge. In the meantime, prepare the base by blending the toasts with coffee until the mixture is malleable but not too liquid. Now add the jam to your puddings. Take some of the mixture and lay it on top. Now let it rest in the fridge overnight. In the morning, turn your pudding upside down and enjoy!
